Calle was discovered by Otto Becker and started his promising career in Otto’s stable. He was competed successfully in young horse classes by both Kaya Lüthi and Markus Merschformann before Jim and Kristy Clark purchased the gelding for Meredith.
Despite being relatively new in the Beerbaum stable, Calle has already shown many outstanding rounds. He placed second under the lights in Aachen's Youngster Final. Shortly after, Calle stepped up to the 2* Grand Prix level, finishing 5th in the Grand Prix of Verden and winning the CSI2* Grand Prix in Wellington just a few months after.
