Comanche, Jackie Brown and Fibonacci showed at their last show for this year before heading to Wellington, the ROLEX Grand Slam in Geneva. All horses jumped great, with Comanche placing in a big 1.55m on Saturday. Jackie proved her outstanding qualities once more in the 1.55m "Combinations" class, a class that, after the first single fence, consists only of combinations and even included a quadruple combination. The eight-year-old didn't touch a single rail and ended up with just one time fault - a great end to a super indoor season for the young horse.
Just like the last two years, Fibonacci started in the Rolex Grand Prix, but luck wasn't on their side. He jumped outstanding right until the final line, but unfortunately ended up with two fences down.

Comanche, Jackie Brown und Fibonacci bestritten am Wochenende das letzte Turnier des Jahres beim ROLEX Grand Slam in Genf, bevor es auch für sie nach Wellington geht. Alle Pferde gingen gut, Comanche konnte sich Samstag in einem schweren 1.55m platzieren. Auch die 8-Jährige Jackie Brown bewies einmal mehr ihr großes Talent. Ohne Abwurf beendete sie den Parcours des 1.55m Kombinationsspringens, eine Prüfung, die nach dem ersten Sprung ausschließlich aus Kombinationen besteht und die sogar eine Vierfache beinhaltete. Lediglich ein Zeitfehler verhinderte die Teilnahme im Stechen. Nichtsdestotrotz war es ein guter Abschluss der tollen Hallensaison der Stute.
Im Großen Preis ging dann Fibonacci an den Start und sprang einmal mehr beeindruckend. Am Ende fehlte leider das letzte Glück und in der Schlusslinie fielen zwei Stangen.
